to answer whats diff about d3...
well its gonna be somewhat like wow, but different (many complaints in that direction)
but the other classes are wizard, barbarian and witch doctor (one more to be announced)
will still be isometric (camera view from above)
i think its gonna be a kickass game, but wont be released prolly until 2011, or late 2010 of we r lucky
theres a d3 wiki and shit if u rly wanna know more -- link
